Vacuum sizing and cooling device

The stainless steel vacuum sizing cooling water tank adopts the immersion vacuum sizing cooling mode (spray cooling mode can also be used according to customer needs), which can adjust the appropriate vacuum degree manually up and down, left and right, front and back, and be equipped with the appropriate vacuum sizing die to meet the production needs of various precision pipes and profiles.

3、 Traction device

The traction device has two methods: roller traction (2 pairs) and belt traction. It is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation and has a traction speed of 5-200 meters per minute (the speed range can also be adjusted according to product needs). It can also be equipped with a length counting device and a printing device according to user needs.

4、 Rotating cutting device

Single or double blade rotary cutting can be used, with stepless adjustment of cutting speed and precise cutting length. The length tolerance of precision cutting table products is 0.1mm, while that of ordinary cutting table products is 1mm. Traction and cutting can be combined on one device or separated into two independent devices, with variable frequency speed regulation for traction speed and cutting degree, and the cutting length can be freely adjusted online
